First and Additional Custom Cards

To create your complimentary personalized card, utilizing either a photo from backgrounds or providing one of your own, please follow these steps:

1. Select your sample layout
2. Select or upload your desired background image*
3. Provide the following information via email:

Please provide:

Sample number
Background number or uploaded file name
Your name
Your address
Your call sign

* If you decide to send a photograph, the most suitable image is a 1800x1200 @ 300 dpi, high-resolution JPEG file.

Note: You may purchase one or more additional custom cards from my store. Please provide the same information as above, including the receipt numbers for any additional card purchases.
