To create your free personalized card, using either a photo from backgrounds or providing one of your own, simply follow these steps:

1. Select your sample layout
2. Select or Upload your desired background image*
3. Provide the following information via email:

• Sample number
• Background number or uploaded file name
• Your name
• Your address
• Your call sign

* If you choose to send a photo, the best image is a 1650x1050, high resolution jpg.

Note: One or more additional custom cards can be purchased from my store. Please provide the same information as above, along with the receipt numbers for any additional card purchases.
